These Terms apply to the Blendy Trips and Blendy Layers apps and will also apply to any future mobile applications developed and published by Blendy Studio, unless separate terms are provided.

The Service is provided for lawful use. You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its normal operation.

The Service does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. You are responsible for how you use the Service on your device.

The Service may display third‑party advertisements. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertising content may appear and that third‑party ad networks operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some advanced or optional features of the Service may be offered through a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and availability may change and will be clearly communicated within the app.

Some apps within the Service allow you to create content (such as gradients, backgrounds, or travel data). You retain ownership of any content you create. Blendy Studio does not claim any rights over it.

Content you create with the Service may be used for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Blendy Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service integrates third-party services, including analytics, crash reporting, and advertising networks. These services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you are encouraged to review.

The Service is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your download and use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those platforms.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.

We may also introduce new apps or services in the future, and these Terms may be updated to cover them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blendy Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the European Union and other relevant jurisdictions.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page.
